Before (see After picture on the right)
What you need:
2 cups Basamati rice (or your choice)
6 medium-sized Mushrooms
Half large Green pepper
Yellow pepper
Half large Red pepper
1 full Onion
2 traditionally made pork or beef sausages
3 Tsp Olive oil
Spices
How to:
Boil rice
While rice is boiling: Heat oil in a dip pan
Fry sausages in hot oil until browned not too long to avoid overcooking during stir-frying.
Put sausages in a plate and roughly cut (yes with scissors) into chunks
With a scissors rough snip mushroom, onions, peppers and garlic
Fry mushrooms first, then add onions, peppers and garlic
Add sausages to the fry
Add lots of spices of your choice at least 3 types minimum (omit if you are not a fan of spices)
Stir fry for 1 minute
Add rice and stir fry for 2 minutes
Serve with a choice sauce and wash down with a stinging or fizzy drink to feel the sting or any other choice wash-down drink.

sausages, onion, mushroom, yummo – I’d throw in some bacon, but I’d say that for corn flakes as well
I have been experimenting with ethical sausages:

You might want to try my ethical sausages. Just don’t try rat candy, didn’t work out too well for some folk in the States.
