Tuna Brown Rice Mix


Treat yourself to a quick vegetarian lunch:

Ingredients:  Tuna, Rice, Sesame Oil, Green Pepper, Red Pepper, Onions, Fresh Rosemary, Curry, Fish Spice, a pinch of salt.

Just fry the onions in Sesame oil, add peppers and spices , pour in sweet-sour sauce and stir a little, cook for 3 minutes.  DO NOT COOK THE TUNA. Let the your soup calm down and breathe some fresh air, its been through a lot! then add your tuna chunks.  Mix in, but leave them chunky, and yepeee! you’re done.  Try it, you won’t regret!☺😍
