My dear self
I have spent a life time
looking for you in all the wrong places
But inside me.

Trying to be someone else
But me
Pleasing everyone else
But me.

Now that I have found me
I’m gonna hold on to dear me
Be my real self and,
Make a change.

My dearest me
Ever since I found you
Its been so good
You are even better than I thought
I am glad I looked for you.

Some die without tasting
Even a bit of their real self
I’m glad I found you
Being me is the greatest feeling
I have ever felt
That is true.

All I want is to be me
No-one else but me
Living my life
In the real ME way.
